Mongrels Men supports Australian men and their mental health through creating communities, facilitating deeper and more honest conversations, building connections and encouraging movement and activity. These activities range from meet ups & coffee to educational events like Mental Health Response training as well as fundraising events such as our annual golf day.
See more detail below.
We meet in various locations around Australia at sunrise for a run, walk, talk, surf, coffee and swim. Check out the Weekly Meet Ups & Events section or send us a message for more info.
Each year we run Mongrels Masters charity golf days in Sydney and Brisbane to raise money for Mongrels Men, bring blokes together as well as build awareness.
Mongrels organise regular FREE pilates, personal training, boxing and yoga sessions for blokes. Downward dog anyone?
Whether its walking 80km or doing a 30m handstand challenge - Mongrels are always pushing themselves to achieve unthinkable goals.
The mighty Seaforth Mongrels are a team of motley proportions. We also have a Mongrels Basketball team on the Central Coast. Join a team or get a Mongrels team together yourself.
Always up for joining others to raise money and awareness for Men's mental health - even if it means looking like Chopper Read after a trip to Barbie's hair salon.
One of the most popular Mongrels Men activities. Social soccer is for those blokes who can't commit to a team or just want a good run around once a week. All ages and abilities welcome. Beers on us afterwards.
Thursday nights, 7.30pm, Seaforth Oval, Wakehurst Parkway
